Games... Games...Games..

A good politician should know how to play games, is it not?Standard qualifications should include passing the IT WASNT ME and the ARE YOU THREATENING THIS COMMISION stages of the popular Lying to the Public game.Shifting focus to the US Democratic Party primaries, there has been a lot of laughs as regards the games the two candidates, Obama and Clinton, are playing. Not so far back Obama was out bowling and lets jus say his performance was nothing like his recent political form.Dear Barrack struggled to stay on target let alone hit a single pin. That prompted lots of pro-Clinton ads going something like "Obama bowls like a woman. . .How can a person who bowls like this, lead this country.Even this 3yr old can do better (footage of a small kid stricking all the pins). That embarassing episode somehow prompted Clinton to challenge Obama to what she termed as a "bowl off".Well karma tended to be the standard bitch when she appeared at the Ellen Degeneres show when she put up an equally pathetic show of bowling. The media is all over this.I cant wait to hear what John Stewart (Daily show) has to say about it.Check out this hilarious preview of the bowl off, if it ever takes place.
Meanwhile the Olympic Games in China is already on fire before it starts and I dont mean that in a good way.It seems the monks down at Tibet for this perfect moment when all focus is on China to raise hell and riot in the most un-Buddhist manner.Beijing is playing this down quite proffesionally. If youre jetting into China right now, dont excpect to watch CNN or any other international news channel. The Olympic torch is really having its worst world tour ever.Half of its France tour went to the dogs after protestors to Chinas tight democratic space tried to get at the torch (one actually did and almost put it out). . .even French MPs showed their displeasure...Quick tip to the IOC: change the circiut to include Kenya. It will prove to be the best run because nobody would dare clash with the GSU to interfere with something as trivial as a torch.
Lastly, heres Raila's take on all you players out there: "You can't teach a old something new tricks!" Hehehehe.
Blah blah blah
Fish cakes
Alas a fish cake.
Yet more fish cakes
Guess what ... yeah ... fish cakes.
The end of the fish cakes
